Belgian temperatures do finally suggest it, the holiday season is coming. This means it’s time to send our warmest wishes to all of you, and to think about our New Year’s resolutions.

2015 has been a special year for us. As we were celebrating our 25th year of being in business, we had the opportunity to reconnect in a personal way with lots of our loyal and new customers, suppliers, collaborators, partners, friends and sympathisers. Thanks to these exchanges with our existing partners and to the new connections that we’ve made, the Europower team can look back at a great year, with lots of energy and motivation. But we don’t want to stop here and we realize that there doesn’t have to be an anniversary event to preserve this exceptional work ambience.

That’s why for Europower, 2016 will be marked by the theme ‘Europower connects’. ‘Europower connects’ refers to two things. Firstly, as a company we have a responsibility of supplying electricity to all areas where it is really needed. In this sense, by providing a basic human need, we can facilitate the process of people connecting with each other. Secondly, with this message we want to reach out to everyone out there. Cherish and work on your network of relationships, be it with your family and friends, with formal contacts or with people out there that we don’t know personally but that really need our help. Daily commitments and fully booked agendas often make us forget about the importance of these personal relations, but small efforts can make us win great things.

We hope that this holiday season will be a chance for us to live out this message. Hence, we ask young and old customers, suppliers, collaborators and partners: share your Christmas and New Year’s messages with as many people as you can and express the values that bind us all together. In the coming days, our team will join all of you wherever in the world, and celebrate Christmas and New Year, with a message that can change the world.
