• New European emission Regulation 2016/1628: Stage V.
    All EUROPOWER Generators with engines with mechanical power below 19kW will become Stage V compliant as of the beginning of 2019. Stage V compliant generators are marked with “V” in the engine column.
    Exceptions, marked with “NE” (Non-Emission engine) in the engine column, are:
    • The Honda engines on all “EN2” versions.
    • The Yanmar L48N engine (on EP2800D and EP2800DE).
    • The Kubota OC60 engine (on EPS3500DE).
  • New European emission Regulation 2016/1628: Stage V.
    All EUROPOWER Generators for mobile applications and for use in the EU, with engines with mechanical power between 19kW and 56kW, and above 130kW, will be supplied with “Stage IIIA Transition engines” (marked with “TE IIIA” in the engine column) in 2019 and 2020.
    Exceptions, again marked with “NE” (Non-Emission engine) in the engine column, are:
    • The Kubota V1505T engine on EPS333TDE.
  • EUROPOWER introduces 4 new gasoline generators with B&S Vanguard engines: EP18000E and EP22000TE with 35HP Vanguard engine, and EP20000E and EP25000TE with 37HP Vanguard engine with electronic fuel injection (EFI).
  • The following generators will be discontinued:
    • The original Honda generator EM4500CXS
    • The EPG6000DE, EPG6000TDE, EPG170DX1E, EPG180DX2E and EPG180DXE
    • All 130kVA stage IIIA generators with Volvo engines.
  • ULTRA-silenced “rental” generators: after the introduction of the EPUS20TDE and the EPUS44TDE with Kubota engine, and the EPUS130TDE, EPUS150TDE and EPUS180TDE with Volvo engine, EUROPOWER now introduces the EPUS14TDE, 14kVA, with noise level of 54dB(A) @ 7m at 75% load.
  • For future compliance reasons, all EUROPOWER New Boy generators will be equipped with an “energize to run” (ETR) stop solenoid and 12V alternator with integrated battery charger regulator, instead of the “energize to stop” (ETS) solenoid and the 12V alternator with separate external battery charger regulator.
  • All Mecc Alte alternators in EUROPOWER generators with water-cooled diesel engines from Kubota, FPT Iveco and Volvo, will from now on have the special Mecc Alte winding protection “Total+”. “Total+” is the ultimate Mecc Alte solution for harsh environmental applications.
  • Please pay attention to some important changes in the range of the Tolsma IBC (bunded fuel tanks). The design, dimensions and option system of the Tolsma IBC’s changed completely.
